How long does shipping take?
Every item is printed to order just for you. Most orders are made and shipped within 2–7 business days. Within the US, standard shipping then takes about 2–5 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Busy seasons like the holidays can add a few extra days.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on what's in your cart, and orders of $70 or more ship free. See our Shipping Policy for details.
How do I pick the right size?
Check the size chart on each product page. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
What is your return policy?
Because every item is made to order, we can't accept returns or exchanges for the wrong size, the wrong color, or a change of mind, so please check the size chart before you order. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, email us at kneecapmystic@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the problem, and we'll send a free replacement or a refund. My order hasn't arrived. What should I do?
If your order still hasn't arrived 30 days after you placed it, email us at kneecapmystic@gmail.com within a week after that and we'll track it down or make it right.
