Shipping policy

Every Lantern Ridge Apparel item is printed to order just for you, so it takes a few days to make before it ships.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Processing time

Most orders are printed and shipped within 2–7 business days. Busy seasons like the holidays can add a few extra days.

Delivery time

Once your order ships, standard delivery within the US usually takes 2–5 business days. Some items also offer an economy option at checkout, which can take a little longer.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on what's in your cart. Orders of $70 or more ship free. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.

Orders with more than one item

Different products are made at different print facilities, so an order with several items may arrive in separate packages on different days.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Address changes

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away at kneecapmystic@gmail.com. Once an order goes into production, we may not be able to change it.

Lost or late orders

If your order still hasn't arrived 30 days after you placed it, email us within one week after that and we'll track it down or make it right.

Damaged or misprinted items

If something arrives damaged or misprinted, see our Refund Policy for how we'll make it right.
